A medium to heavy oil for big-bore shocks, bashers, monster trucks and 1/8 buggies, or for rough tracks with big jumps. Shock oil sets the damping of your suspension: thicker oil slows the shock down and adds stability, thinner oil lets the wheels follow the ground faster for more grip. Changing oil is the cheapest, most effective suspension tune you can make.
