Upgrade your 1/18 scale RC car or truck with the Castle Creations Mamba Micro X2 Brushless ESC and 0808-5300Kv Motor Combo. Designed for lightweight mini RC vehicles, this compact power system delivers strong brushless performance with advanced Castle tuning, data logging, CRYO-DRIVE technology, and waterproof ESC construction.

The included 0808-5300Kv sensorless brushless motor is designed for 2S–3S LiPo operation and vehicles weighing up to approximately 2 lbs ready-to-run.

Application / Compatibility

Recommended for compatible 1/18 scale RC vehicles, including:

• Losi Mini-T 2.0
• Traxxas LaTrax Rally
• Traxxas LaTrax Teton
• Axial Yeti Jr.
• Other compatible 1/18 vehicles up to approximately 2 lbs

Not intended for 1/16 or 1/14 scale vehicles such as the Traxxas Mini E-Revo or Losi Mini 8IGHT/T.

⚠️ NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ARRMA GROM

Castle specifically states that the included 0808 motor is NOT recommended for ARRMA GROM vehicles.

The GROM motor mounting system can create excessive flex that may damage the motor's 2mm output shaft. Damage caused by using the 0808 motor in an ARRMA GROM vehicle is not covered by Castle's warranty.

The ESC has bare battery input wires and requires installation of your preferred high-current battery connector.

SOLDERING IS REQUIRED BEFORE USE.

Castle recommends a connector rated for at least 40 amps, such as XT60, Deans Ultra Plug, or Castle 4.0mm Polarized Connectors.

Although the Mamba Micro X2 ESC itself supports up to 4S LiPo, the included 0808-5300Kv motor is limited to a maximum of 3S LiPo.
