Product Details

- 10.5mm higher ground clearance and 9mm wider track
- All-metal portal gears
- Includes transmisison gear sets to optimize ratios and performance with either single speed or 2-speed transmissions
- Uses the stock forward-rotation motor
Portal Axle Gearing Options
Installing portal axles adds additional gear reduction for ultimate crawling speed and torque.
The portal axle kit includes optional gear sets to change the final drive rations for more speed if desired.
Single-Speed Transmission
Red Gears (Optional)
When portal axles are used with the single speed transmission, the additional gear reduction results in very slow crawling speed that may not be desirable for trail running. Install the red gear set (NEW part number 9776A) in the transmission to return the speed back to the stock out-of-box speed.
- Maintains stock vehicle speed
- Changes overall gear ratio from 16.6:1 to 17.1:1
2-Speed Transmission
Blue Gears (Recommended)
When portal axles are used with the 2-speed transmission, both low and high range run at crawling speed. Install the blue gear set (existing part number 9776X) to increase speed and performance.
- Low Gear: maintains stock speed (19.1:1)
- High Gear. comparable to existing speed transmission (5.8:1) Part #9791X
