Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item price, as long as it meets the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging is included: box, bags, original tabs and labels.
  • All original contents are included, in original condition: manuals, stickers, tools, and the bags they came in.
  • The return is started within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Any return received in a different condition will be rejected and shipped back to you.

Items that can't be returned

  • Batteries
  • Ghost RC products
  • International orders — all international sales are final

Fees

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Canceled special orders have a 30% cancellation fee.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@goathobbies.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with instructions for shipping the item back. You can also bring it to either of our stores in Davie or Doral, Florida.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it. If it meets the conditions above, we'll refund 100% of the item price to your original payment method.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives in bad condition, please take photos or video before and after opening it and inspect the items. If anything is damaged, email info@goathobbies.com right away with the photos and a short description.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately at info@goathobbies.com. If you chose to waive the signature on your order, see our Shipping Policy.

Warranties

  • All product warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer. We're happy to point you to the right contact.
  • Ghost RC products and tires carry no warranty.
  • Airplanes that have been flown carry no warranty from Goat Hobbies; any warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer.
