Welcome to goathobbies.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website goathobbies.com (the "Site") operated by Cool Toys Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Goat Hobbies ("we," "us," "Goat Hobbies" or the "Company"), on any device. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them from time to time.

2. Age requirements

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We work to keep product information, descriptions, specifications and prices complete, accurate and current, but errors may occasionally occur. Specifications, products and prices may change at any time without notice. Colors may look different depending on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed; we may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and payment

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. An order is accepted only once payment has been approved and charged, and we may need to verify information before accepting or shipping an order. If an item is no longer available when your order is processed, we will let you know by email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your items ship.

5. Shipping

Orders ship to the address you provide, subject to any shipping restrictions shown on the Site. We use third-party carriers and cannot guarantee delivery dates, since delays can happen because of carriers, logistics or weather. We will keep you updated and you can track your package. Local pickup is available at our stores in Davie and Doral, Florida.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Compliance

Products sold on the Site are intended to comply with U.S. laws and regulations. If you are outside the United States, your country may have different laws, regulatory requirements and product safety standards.

8. Accounts and passwords

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us immediately. We may access and disclose account information when required by law or by a lawful government request.

You agree that your User Comments will not violate anyone's rights and will not be unlawful, abusive or obscene. You are solely responsible for your User Comments. Posting them does not mean we endorse them, and we may remove any that break these rules.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goat Hobbies and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

17. Disputes

Before starting any legal action, the party with a dispute agrees to send written notice to the other party by registered mail describing the facts (with any relevant documents) and to allow 30 business days for a response. Notices to us should be sent to Cool Toys Corp at info@goathobbies.com; we will provide our mailing address for registered mail on request. We will reply to the billing or shipping address on file unless your notice says otherwise. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be handled under Section 18.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site.

19. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
