Castle recommends the Cobra 5 ESC for this motor.

The Mamba Monster X 8S may also be used in appropriate applications, but requires changing the motor connections to compatible 6.5mm bullets.

Proper gearing and temperature monitoring are critical in high-power large-scale applications.

⚠️ Important Operating Information

Motor temperature should never exceed 180°F (82°C). Excessive heat can permanently damage the motor magnets.

Do not use motor mounting screws that extend more than 5mm into the motor, as screws that are too long can damage the motor windings.

Always verify gearing, ESC compatibility, battery voltage, drivetrain capabilities, and vehicle weight before operation.
