IMPORTANT – WideMaxx Fitment

This MXX288RC06 is the shorter version originally designed for the standard/narrow Maxx suspension configuration.

For a Maxx equipped with the Traxxas #8995 WideMaxx Suspension Kit, Hot Racing specifies that this set requires the 65mm center drive tube SLD65T.

For WideMaxx applications, Hot Racing also offers the longer MXX288RCL06, which is specifically sized for the WideMaxx configuration.

Please verify which suspension configuration your Maxx has before ordering.

Installation Notes

The stock drive pin and set-screw pin must be reused during installation.

Hot Racing recommends:

• Maintaining the CV joints and shaft splines with grease
• Using medium-strength threadlock on screws that thread into metal
• Periodically inspecting and lubricating the CV joints and splines

Two driveshaft assemblies are included. One package is sufficient for either the front pair or rear pair. Two packages would be required to replace all four driveshafts.
